Can't make the viewing day? We attend on your behalf and look closely at the lot before you bid.

Auction Collection

Won the lot but can't get there before the pickup deadline? We collect it for you — including from Grays and other auction houses, warehouses and private vendors.

• Third-party pickup with your authorisation
• Sydney and surrounding areas
• Work around collection windows
• Updates from pickup through to hand-off

You remain responsible for payment to the auction house and for providing any collection authority they require.

Packing & Freight Coordination

For buyers further away, we prepare suitable goods for transport and arrange dispatch with third-party carriers.

Freight is carried by independent carriers under their own terms. Some items may not be suitable to pack or ship.
